Quote/Prices
Our prices include the current statutory VAT of 19 %.
In so far as no contract exists between you and us, the prices are
non-binding and an interim sale of the product offered remains
reserved. The sales contract for the article selected by you becomes
valid when we accept your order. This comes into being through the
passing on of information about the handing over or the delivery of
goods. If the price supplied no longer applies, e.g. as a result of
interim changes to our price list, or should the product not be
available for delivery, we shall inform you after inputting the order,
so that you can choose if you wish to continue with the order under
the changed conditions or abandon the order altogether.
Cancellation
You have legal right to cancel the contract within the cancellation
period of 2 weeks. The cancellation period begins with the receipt of
the goods. On cancellation the consumer shall be under a duty to
restore the goods to the supplier. The consumer is chargeable for the
shipping expenses.
Rights in cases of defects
Notice of defects in respect of weight, quantity or quality can only
be made effectively within eight days after receipt of delivery
provided that the buyer is a trader in terms of §310 BGB (German Civil
Code). Besides notice of defects in respect of obvious defects are
disregarded if they are not made within an 8 day period after receipt
of delivery. It is important that the seller is in receipt of the
notice of defects for the computation of the time limit of eight days.
Returns shall only be accepted with prior written agreement, otherwise
delivery shall be refused.
Guarantee:
The legal provisions shall apply
Our nets are textile products, the properties of which can be damaged
by UV rays. Therefore the net material is UV stabilized which however
only gives extra protection. The guarantee refers solely to the
properties guaranteed in a new condition which naturally includes the
customary addition of UV stabilizers.
For this reason the manufacturer’s test specifications (mesh testing)
are to be observed without fail in the use of protection safety nets.
Custom-made products:
These are as a matter of principle excluded from our exchange and
returns policy, unless they are found to be with defects.
If nets are custom-made with a square mesh, it is technically not
possible to supply all net sizes without a seam. All nets are
manufactured in the greatest possible width in a diagonal mesh and
converted to a square mesh. The resultant seams cannot be avoided
technically and do not compromise the quality.
Payment
Prepayment against 4 % reduction for advanced payment. Netgoods for
abroad and overseas are delivered fob german border. Minimum order
value € 1.000,00.
Retention of Title:
All sales are based on §449 BGB (German Civil Code). All goods
delivered by us remain our property until the account receivables has
been settled in full. Should the goods be sold on before payment is
received, then the purchase price receivable shall be surrendered to
us in its place. Garnishment or any other damnification of our
property right is to be immediately reported.
Protection rights
We reserve copyright and ownership over all designs, articles,
catalogue illustrations, product take up in the Internet, drawings,
sketches and other documents. Any use or copying by third parties
requires our express permission, even when this is not expressly
legally protected.
Data protection / System safety
We save and process your data only in so far such information is
necessary to conduct our business and do so in a manner permissible
under data protection. You have the right to reject the sending of
further advertising material at any time. Send your objections to
sales.de@huck.net. We will bar
the address details supplied as soon and as completely as possible.
Our clearing process is concluded by
PayPal.
Export orders
Export orders count as an inquiry, answered by a quotation. Any
country specific import duties are to be borne by the customer. In
those countries where Manfred Huck GmbH has partners or franchise
arrangements, we reserve the right to pass on your order to our local
partner who will immediately send you a quotation or an order
confirmation.
Shipping and handling
For german orders, a standard carriage charge of € 6,84 (incl. VAT) is
added to each parcel. Order values of more than € 300 (incl. VAT) are
delivered free of charge (+ € 8,93 COD charge / parcel), except bulky
freight.
Bulky freight is marked such. We contact you to
arrange shipping costs.
Small orders
The surcharge for small orders is included in the shipping costs.
Delivery arrangements
On the part of the buyer prescribed delivery terms and their
acceptance do not signify a delivery undertaking. No claims can be
made on a breach of delivery terms. Force majeure as well as strikes
carried out by us or our suppliers shall release the delivery
obligations. In respect of any failure to deliver due to any of the
afore-mentioned circumstances the delivery terms shall be extended
appropriately.
Abroad customers should contact us first to arrange shipping costs.
Other business conditions
If one of the above trading conditions should be rendered invalid, all
other conditions remain valid and will logically form a corresponding
agreement. Other agreements must be in written form. We hereby reject
customer general terms and conditions. Place of jurisdiction is
Wetzlar, Germany, if the customer is a businessman, legal person
dealing in public law or public legal specialist.

Manfred Huck GmbH provides clear and accurate product descriptions and
photos. Due to continual product development, products may vary
slightly. Photos, descriptions, prices and conditions are subject to
printing mistakes or any other mistakes or change without notice.
