HUCK Rope Ends

So Much Choice

When sailors talk about rope ends, they mean the end of a piece of rigging, often a round 80 cm long piece of rigging used by the bosun to “encourage” his men to work.

Things are a lot less strict at HUCK when it comes to rope ends: HUCK rope ends are becoming increasingly popular in playgrounds as swingers or liana swings and as walkways on rope bridges.

The 2-metre-long Mini rope-end swing which has a diameter of 160 mm is suspended between four steel posts and offers little children enjoyment and safety. The Super rope-end swinger maxi has enough space for up to 15 children – great fun!

The 16 cm rope end as a liana swing on a 3.80 m high mast with a rotating/see-saw mechanism provides as much movement as possible while swinging around.

Thick ropes ends have also long been considered a popular alternative to timber walkways or net floors on HUCK net bridges.
